Our Impact
Since our inception we’ve donated over $800,000 to various not-for-profit community groups improving the lives of people in Kangaroo Flat, Golden Square, Maiden Gully, Marong, Lockwood and Big Hill.
We are committed to developing and fostering partnerships with not-for-profit groups and organisations whose work enriches Kangaroo Flat and the surrounding areas. We look for projects that align with our vision of, ‘Making our region stronger, healthier and more vibrant’.
Recent Projects
JB Osborne Theatre
Our most recent project is the redevelopment of JB Osborne Theatre. Building on the success of the Gurri Wanyarra project to bring sport and health benefits to the Kangaroo Flat community, we are now focussed on an inclusive and creative space to bring social and mental wellbeing to all residents.

A Kangaroo Flat Community Enterprise newsletter, Flat Matters is published from February to December each year to enable local businesses, clubs, groups and organisations to get their message out into the local community. Articles and advertisements received by the 14th of each month appear in the following month’s Flat Matters which is distributed the first week of each month to subscribers, social media and web and to the local outlets listed below:
